Your tasks

Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Perform first-level analysis of tickets to determine the root cause of incidents, changes, or maintenance requests.
Collaborate with Technical Service Owners, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are properly documented and escalated as needed.
Provide second-level support for complex technical issues. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to third-level support as needed.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SharePoint operations, (SharePoint architecture and infrastructure, SharePoint configuration and customization, SharePoint integration with other systems and applications, SharePoint security and compliance)
Provide technical guidance and support to Technical Service Owners and Product Owners on SharePoint-related issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SharePoint operations.
Develop and maintain documentation of SharePoint operations, including technical guides, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate effectively with team members in an international team using agile methodologies (Scrum) and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an operations or technical support role, preferably SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO).
Knowledge in information rights management (part of SharePoint security and compliance) and working wit custom built features.
Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong knowledge of M365 services, including Power Platform / Power Apps, as well as Azure Services
