Your tasks

  • Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Perform first-level analysis of tickets to determine the root cause of incidents, changes, or maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service Owners, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to resolve incidents, changes, and maintenance requests, ensuring that issues are properly documented and escalated as needed.
  • Provide second-level support for complex technical issues. Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues to third-level support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SharePoint operations, (SharePoint architecture and infrastructure, SharePoint configuration and customization, SharePoint integration with other systems and applications, SharePoint security and compliance)
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Technical Service Owners and Product Owners on SharePoint-related issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SharePoint operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of SharePoint operations, including technical guides, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in an international team using agile methodologies (Scrum) and utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an operations or technical support role, preferably SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Knowledge in information rights management (part of SharePoint security and compliance) and working wit custom built features.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 services, including Power Platform / Power Apps, as well as Azure Services
