We are currently looking for a Sales Assistance to support our expanding in Slovenia. The Sales Assistant will reside in the office Ljubljana and
will work closely together with our sales team for Slovenia, Croatia & Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Your tasks
- Together with our sales team you will support our customers and thus actively contribute to the success of our customers and us as a company
- Preparation of quotations and order calculations in our CRM tool according to the specifications of the sales engineers as well as the support with tenders and bidding documentation
- Support in the creation of statistics, reports, presentation and training documents
- Management of orders from entry to invoicing within our systems which includes tasks such as clarification of all incoming orders; check of all technical and commercial circumstances based on specifications; entry of orders into SAP SD (Sales and Distribution module); invoice processing; procurement and purchase coordination
- Coordination of deliveries within the system including clarification of transportation handling, as well as preparation of necessary documents
- General assistance tasks for the sales department such as correspondence with business partners; appointment management and coordination for the sales engineers; organization of customer and guest visits as well as trade fairs and events
- You will take over all general office related responsibilities (e.g. management of procurement of general items and services, facility management of the office, …)
- Close collaboration with our local sales team as well as with regional colleagues in departments such as logistics, project management, marketing and accounting
