This role supports all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion.
Your tasks
- Oversee and manage all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion.
- Establish and communicate the project objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders and regulatory authorities throughout project to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track
- To prepare approval documents and development updates for both internal and external parties, where necessary.
- Drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost and quality.
- Oversee on-site and off-site constructions to ensure compliance with building safety and regulatory standards.
- Proactively manage project risks, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress and performance to top management.
- Facilitate the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within projects, including architectural, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, and landscaping disciplines.
- Monitor and ensure all necessary approvals from authorities are obtained, and all compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and best practices in property development.
- Maintain detailed project records, including budgets, schedules, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Review completed projects to ensure quality standards and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required
