R&S Speak Up! was set up centrally to serve exclusively as a whistleblower system. It allows anyone to submit a report at any time. This can be done in several different languages. When submitting a report, persons can choose to do this anonymously or to provide their name.
R&S Speak Up! is operated by the external provider EQS Group AG and is therefore independent of R&S systems. It ensures maximum security and confidentiality. This is backed by certifications such as the ISO 27001 information security standard. In addition, the external provider has no access to the submitted reports at any time.
Reports can be submitted by persons inside the company as well as by external parties. Through the whistleblower system, the person submitting a report can set up a mailbox to discuss the reported matter with a central, independent response team and obtain feedback on the status of the report without having to reveal their identity. We recommend setting up an individual mailbox when submitting a report to allow follow-up communications in case of questions or to provide further information if needed.
