Your tasks

Lead and manage all aspects of financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, audit process, internal controls and order processing.
Develop and implement strategic financial plan including annual budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives
Prepare and consolidate insightful monthly and annual financial reports adhering to strict deadlines
Manage internal controls and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and Rohde & Schwarz’s Global Directives
Provide commercial and financial guidance on business risks and solutions to the Senior Management, the Board and Functional Head on both strategic and operational issues.
Drive the performance of the finance and corporate support team to achieve key deliverables
Cultivate strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with Company Secretary on all related statutory filing and board resolutions
Foster a collaborative and professional cross-functional team environment.

Your qualifications

Degree in Accounting, CPA qualified – Good knowledge of accounting and taxation
At least more 10 years of working experience
Excellent command of English is required to liaise with global stakeholders
Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities
Good organizational and communications skill
Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and changing environment with positive attitude
Advance level of Excel
Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
