Project Management : Radiocommunication Project/System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Provision of customer service in relation to incidents, service requests, suggestions, complaints, inquiries.
• Remote support for new and existing customers.
• Execution of construction, installation, maintenance, configuration and support activities of systems for R&S project business, also at customer’s site.
• Carries out internal and external customer acceptance tests, including commissioning at customer's premises and final acceptance.
• Provision of product and service information to customers and maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
• Preparation of Technical documentation for public tenders and customer’s quotations, reports ad protocols. Technical documentation such as Technical Manual, ILS, SAFETY, Installation an cabling documents.
• System Service Training to customer.

Your qualifications

• Spanish citizenship
• University degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge in Communications Systems in ATC/Defense segment, specifically in: Voice Communication Systems, V/UHF Radio Systems, HF Radio Systems, Networking.
• Customer-focused: able to build sustainable and strong relationships with customers, to understand and anticipate customer´s needs and acting to fulfill these needs.
• Driven by results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration.
• Experience in testing process.
• Proven experience with office package: Word, formatting, indexing, tracking records, etc. and Excel, dynamic tables, data analysis, etc.
• Highly valuable experience with edition of AUTOCAD documents.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Native in Spanish language
