System Development : Senior HW Systems Engineer (m/f/d) COMINT/CESM/CECM

Your tasks

• Take on technical project responsibility of customer specific communication intelligence and reconnaissance systems
• Designing system concepts according to customer requirements
• Make Make-or-Buy decisions
• Steering intergration into target platform
• Being responsible for technical matters to external and internal customers
• Coordinate suppliers, development, construction, production, integration and assembly of the systems
• Responsible for system documentation, reports and protocols as well as internal and external acceptance tests
• Communicate with customers and sales
• Assist or lead system related product developments

Your qualifications

• Technical studies of communications, electrical or electronics engineering with RF and hardware focus or comparable
• Knowledgeable of modern communication signals, at best in COMINT or EW context
• Desirable experience with mechanical integration and environmental compliance (MIL-STD-810)
• Experience with EMC/EMI
• Mandatory Experience in systems engineering or RF development and can lead an interdisciplinary team
• Structured way of working
• Analytical thinking and understanding of complex systems, being able communicate it accordingly to collegues and customers
• Willingness to travel
• Business fluent German and English
