Testing HDMI 1.4b / 2.1 interfaces

This webinar is intended for engineers who work on high-speed digital design and test. In particular, we will be focusing on HDMI 1.4b / 2.1 interfaces. After an overview of HDMI technology, we will be discussing testing for compliance to standard, and signal integrity debugging. We will go into details on the test setup, clock test including timing and jitter, and data lane test covering single-ended and differential measurements. We will discuss possible actions when compliance test fails; tools such as eye diagram analysis, jitter and noise decomposition, and TDR / TDT analysis can help to identify the causes. Practical examples and demonstrations illustrate HDMI testing made easy and reliable.
