Your tasks

  • Drive the CUAS business worldwide by strongly cooperating with and supporting the local sales organizations
  • Monitor future CUAS market trends and customer needs
  • Analyze CUAS market, competition and potential partners
  • Develop go-to-market-strategy for new CUAS products and solutions
  • Work closely with the business development; sharing information and capturing market-relevant requirements for the development of future products and system solutions
  • Forecasting business volume, opportunity and project tracking
  • Technical consultation in the pre-sales phase with both local sales and customer
  • Create technical proposals and support the bid team
  • Transformation of operational requirements into a technical solution and creating concise offer documents

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business or similar degree
  • Relevant working experience in technical sales/sales, account Management, market development or business development, preferable in the field of CUAS
  • Preferably several years of experience in developing opportunities, winning new customers and building loyalty
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive, commercial mindset and passion for driving business success
  • Ability to collaborate across several teams and various international organizational units
  • Willingness to travel internationally as well as intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
  • Excellent communication and social skills in combination with business fluent English and German, further languages a benefit
