Application Development : Application Engineer

Your tasks

• Ensure to achieved T&M Application Support target both Individual and division.
• Responsible to make Rohde & Schwarz technical product support for customer (Industrial and Test Lab)
• Ensure to handling technical support in Pre/Implementation and After support.
• Ensure to aggressively convince customer with the technical support.
• Ensure to have a good technical support for customer.
• Provide weekly progress reports on activity, technical support to AM and Sales/Application Manager.
• Provide monthly progress reports on activity, technical support to AM and Sales/Application Manager
• Accurately record equipment and system install base to provide best technical support for customer
• Attend product knowledge Courses at R&S/SCA and provide on the job training as requested.
• Carry out such other duties as requested by the Sales Manager.

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in Electro with Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical/Tronic) or comparable qualification.
• 2 years’ experience on RF/EMC system & application engineering.
• Active, independent, and goal-oriented way of thinking and working.
• High level of communication skills, resilience, and flexibility.
• Experience with industrial of telecommunication equipment market.
• Ability to read and interpret technical pre and after sales.
• Ability to work independently or as part of team, and to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Experienced use of standard Microsoft Office applications and corresponding analysis tools for reporting and presentation.
• Training will be provided for junior candidates.
