Your tasks
- Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Achievement of Order Intake Targets assigned by Market Segment/ Management;
- Sales support for Market Segment, including requirements analysis, formulation of system/ scope, customer presentations, demonstrations and trials;
- Analysis of competition and formulation of action plan to maintain R&S market share;
- Support to other divisions/Market Segment with related products & procurement cases;
- Correspondence with customers including responding to customer enquiries;
- Representation of the company at exhibitions, conferences, workshops etc.;
- Monitoring and building up a market awareness on the addressable market in Pakistan
- Liaison with HQ Sales department for sales queries/ issues
- Supporting the Head of Sales with the elaboration of Business Development Plans (BDP) and acquisition of new customers
- Responsible for maintaining Market Segment opportunities in C4C
- Handling Corporate Affairs Matters including relevant correspondence with customers, assisting in security clearance of the firm/ employees, interaction with military personnel etc.
- Managing and controlling the internal process of offer preparation including the identification of required resources and compilation of the bid team (bid management), calculation and preparation of Quotations in C4C based on the customer requirements;
- Responsible for preparation of tender response and following customer procurement processes;
- Coordinating the preparation of supplementary documents for quotations (e.g. technical system descriptions/ system designs) by Project/ Service Department
- Submission and presentation of proposals to the customers
- Follow-up of quotations with customers
- Negotiation of contracts
- Preparation, invitation and execution of the Project kick-off Meeting for formal hand-over of Projects to Projects Management Department;
- Preparation of monthly reporting: Order Intake YTD ACT vs. target and Opportunity situation for each Market Segment (MS) and Two year sales plan for MS
