From interactive collaboration on our R&S Metaverse platform to cross-departmental networking and having an onboarding buddy in your team – our award-winning program guides you through three inspiring phases: Be ready, Be inspired, and Be empowered.
As part of our onboarding program, we offer a variety of engaging experiences, including a hybrid Global Onboarding Day, local Welcome Breakfasts, virtual Expert Calls, and a welcome box for new colleagues, among many other initiatives designed to support your start with us.
