Your tasks

  • Drive the satellite intelligence business in the nominated region by strongly cooperating with and supporting the local sales organizations
  • Forecasting business volume, opportunity and project tracking
  • Technical consultation in the pre-sales phase with both local sales and customer
  • Work closely with the business development; sharing information and capturing market-relevant requirements for the development of future products and system solutions
  • Contributing to and executing the global sales strategy
  • Transformation of operational requirements into a technical solution and creating concise offer documents
  • Framing of commercial contract negotiations as well as understanding and evaluating business opportunities and risks including the bidding and pricing strategy

Your qualifications

  • Relevant working experience in technical sales/sales, account management or business development, preferable in the field of in satellite communications, mobile communications and/or spectrum monitoring
  • Proven track record in selling complex projects & systems, preferably in the public sector, as well as business development
  • The ideal candidate will have a proactive, commercial mindset and passion for driving business success
  • Several years of experience in developing opportunities, winning new customers and building loyalty
  • Experience with procurement procedures for public contracts
  • Willingness to travel internationally as well as intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
  • Excellent communication and social skills in combination with business fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages desirable
