Your tasks
- Together with our team, you will support customers from order entry to invoicing
- Full clarification of all incoming orders, check of all technical and commercial issues and circumstances based on internal specifications
- Coordination of deliveries within the system including clarification of transportation handling, as well as preparation of necessary documents
- Independent identification and entry of orders into SAP SD, invoice processing, procurement and purchase coordination
- You ensure the compliance with customs and export regulations, administration of order files and archival storage
- Participation in the creation of statistics, reports, presentation and training documents
- You take over general activities (e.g. correspondence in Polish and English, common office duties, etc.)
- Close collaboration with colleagues in sales, logistics, project management, logistics and accounting
