Controlling : Account Executive (1 year contract)

Your tasks

• 1. Financial Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. 2. Accounts Payable (AP):
• Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers. 3. Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Generate and send customer invoices and statement of accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Record incoming payments accurately. 4. General Ledger (GL):
• Post journal entries to the GL.
• Prepare listing, trial balances and financial statements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. 5. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare regular financial reports (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Present financial information to management or stakeholders. 6. Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing tax returns.
• Keep track of tax deadlines and payments. 7. Audit Support:
• Collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Your qualifications

• Preferrable Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of related working experience.
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Accounting system skills, SAP knowledge has advantage.
• Proficiency in speaking and written English.
