Information Technology : Masterand (m/f/d) - Development and Training of a Machine Learning Model for Layer 2 Data of 5G and 4G

Your tasks

• Conduct a literature review on existing machine learning techniques for analyzing Layer 2 data in 5G and 4G networks
• Establish the contact to our AI department
• Help to develop and implement a machine learning model for detecting problem spots based on Layer 2 messages
• Assist to train the machine learning model using large datasets of Layer 2 messages from 5G and 4G networks
• Help to evaluate the performance of the machine learning model and optimize it for accuracy and speed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the machine learning model meets business requirements and is integrated into existing systems
• Document the development and training process, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented
• Present the results of the project in a final thesis and a presentation to the team

Your qualifications

• Enrolled masterstudent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or C++
• Familiarity with network protocols, particularly 5G and 4G
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
