It is a key element in fixed, mobile and transportable spectrum monitoring stations. Combined with a single-channel direction finder, R&S ADD597 delivers reliable measurement results even in dense spectrum environments. It covers the frequency range from 20 MHz to 8.5 GHz (vertical polarization) and 20 MHz to 7.5 GHz (horizontal polarization).

Rohde & Schwarz launches new EMI test receiver for emission measurements up to 30 MHz at the EMV 2023 in StuttgartThe R&S EPL1000 is a compact, complete and CISPR 16-1-1 compliant test receiver for quick and precise EMI measurements up to 30 MHz. The additional spectrum analyzer and signal and tracking generator make the R&S EPL1000 ideal for various lab applications. The new EMI test receiver will be shown at EMV 2023 Stuttgart for the first time.

A sinus signal with i.e. 10 V peak-peak, frequency 1 MHz is applied. If I choose a vertical scale which is too small the peaks of the waveform are not displayed as they are out of range. Now I activate the digital filter in the “Vertical” menu à “Channel”. The frequency of the filter is also set to 1 MHz. Now even at very small vertical scales (i.e. 50 mV/div) the waveform is displayed completely, see screenshot. But the amplitude can not be correct. What goes wrong here?

Rohde & Schwarz demonstrates Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) 4x4 true MIMO measurements up to 320 MHz bandwidth and up to 6 GHz frequency band based on the R&S CMP180 CMPflexx system using a Wi-Fi 7 router as device under test (DUTs).

Rohde & Schwarz presents new microwave measurement receiver for stable, high precision level and performance calibrationWith the R&S FSMR3000 Rohde & Schwarz has developed a microwave measurement receiver to calibrate signal generators and attenuators with one single instrument. Most important features provided are tuned RF level measurements, level measurements, analog modulation and spectrum analysis. Additionally, the R&S FSMR3000 can be equipped with powerful hardware for high-end phase noise test supplementary to the standard phase noise test with the spectrum analyzer. It offers also digital and analog modulation signal analysis, 80 MHz analysis bandwidth, analysis of pulses and VOR/ILS signals.
