Software Development : Director Software Application Development (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsible for software application development for our mobile radio testers, vector transceivers and nonsignaling production test solutions
• Leading and motivating a development team of Software Experts and Project Leaders with 10 members
• Managing progress and status of development projects
• Budget and resource planning
• Driving continuous innovation and improvement in software application development and development process within the team and the organization
• Close and interdisciplinary collaboration with other R&D teams and international R&D sites
• Contribution to product and roadmap planning for measurement applications and software products in close collaboration with our market and application experts

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or similar
• Well-founded experience in leading software application development projects for Test and Measurement products
• Ability and passion to motivate and lead a team of Software Development Experts and Projects leaders
• Knowledge and experience with modern software development and test methodologies
• Basic knowledge of RF measurement techniques for wireless communications
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to initiate and drive change
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in German, English and experience in working in an international context
