Your tasks

  • Building a network of supporters and users who adopt and utilize our Sales Tools (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, etc.) is a key responsibility.
  • To demonstrate the value of our tools, you will provide concrete training / presentation tailored to the need of users and their managers aiming for increased adoption.
  • Assisting in creating reports and participating in projects will also be part of your role.
  • Collaboration with global and regional core teams is essential to identify short comings along the process chain.
  • Developing training materials and training new hires on our tools and processes is a substantial portion of the job.
  • As the operational interface between Headquarter in Munich and our experts/key users in Germany, Europe, and the Middle East, as well as the central IT departments, you will facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Determining the right level of access for different users and driving continuous data quality improvement with our CRM expert network are key responsibilities.

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications/Computer Engineering or a similiar training/ education
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
  • You're a customer-oriented person who understands that our internal users of processes and tools are also customers
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or service processes, ideally with customer interaction
  • You have or can build credibility with sales management and user community
  • You understand how "the business" works and know how to make our tools work for the business
  • Strong affinity for teamwork and collaboration and can easily connect with others
  • Ability to coordinate and work with remote team members
  • Business proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) and MS Office tools
