Quotation Support Officer will assist the technical sales team to generate quotations and maintain quotation templates.

Your tasks

Support Technical Sales team to ensure quotation is complete
Work closely with technical sales team to generate and maintain C4C (quotation generation tool) quotation template and draft quotation
Assist to add necessary information in C4C quotation when order is processed
Manage C4C quotation opportunities and support bidding / tender documents
Assist Technical Sales team to track discount approvals and update status three times a week
Generate C4C quote for accessories and repair and as well as 3rd party quotations.
Be the point of contact (POC) to manage C4C issues and feedback from technical sales or other relevant departments.
Be the POC to sub-division 1E for all C4C related issues and ensure that our quote is tabulated based on the correct understanding to ensure profitability
Adhoc administrative support to other team members, which may include PAM submissions, customer visits and events coordination etc
Support maintenance of Technical Sales records and information
Help to take minutes for the EMC steering group meeting where required

Your qualifications

Diploma/Degree in engineering or business administration
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
Good time-management skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Able to work in a dynamic team environment
