Sales and Product Management : Presales Application Engineer RF & Microwave (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Conduct comprehensive testing of RF semiconductor components & DUT´s, including radar and pulsed RF applications
• Evaluate and validate test solutions for RF, microwave and communication systems with our broad RF product portfolio including Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators, Phase Noise Measurement systems
• Collaborate effectively with sales engineers, divisions and customer support to deliver projects at customer sites
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and collaborate with sales teams on proposal creation, especially from technical standpoint
• Serve as a technical expert for R&S products, including spectrum analyzers, phase noise measurement systems, and signal generators
• Gather, analyze, and present product and market requirements
• Collaborate with relevant departments to provide valuable input for new product development
• Represent R&S and support products at trade shows and Customer events across Germany and Europe
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in electronics and communications engineering or similar
• Familiar with RF electronics and different wireless technologies
• Good understanding of Signal Analyzer / Signal Generator measurements like Phase Noise, EVM, EMI, Noise Figure or Noise Floor with R&S products would be beneficial
• Strong communicator who can interact with customers and good presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel
