Your tasks
- Log, manage & empathetically handle customer emails and phone calls to the Service Department
- Process business transactions such as issuing delivery notes, generating and sending customer invoice, raising purchase orders, and processing supplier invoices
- Provide administrative support by preparing & sending correspondence, reports, quotations & tenders to clients
- Conduct operational tasks such as job file logging, maintenance and follow up, filing & archiving
- Managing and maintaining spare parts stock inventory and monitoring associated cost
- Assess client's current asset status, their future needs and requirements
- Analyse customer revenue trend and identify growth opportunities for management
- Identify proper cost settlements for service-related cost activities
- Identify correct profit centres and market segments for service-related order income
- Assists D-S&O in analysing the source of service-related order income and cost reports
- Supports D-S&O in interpreting service-related financial reports
- Collaborates with D-S&O in building and maintaining service-related profit and loss statement
- Identify new business opportunities and expand current customer base
- Conduct market and promotional activities
- Effectively manage client assets according to their equipment types
- Create, organize, and maintain client portfolios
- Conduct satisfaction surveys of service customers
- Communicating directions from German colleagues to local team at Service Key User meetings
- Process SAP changes after Service Key User meetings and identify areas to improve efficiency
- Manage the Service Portal (customer asset management)
- Review monthly service profitability and present to D-S&O
- Supporting D-S&O with monthly order intake, cost calculation, distribution of jobs and calculations for design/sustainment calculation
- Check adhoc service quotes (including required parts, hours, performance check, pricing, etc)
- Manage the spare parts stock
