This role will be working closely with Project Management, R&D, Production, Sales and Product Management on system design and requirements. Testing system to establish functionality and effectiveness. The incumbent will also perform and assist at system training, evaluations, configurations and installations with customers.
Your tasks
- Review and participate in the design of the system based on customer requirements;
- Perform system configuration based on customer requirements
- Configure and test the system before delivery
- Analyze and understand customer requirements and propose
- Perform on-site and off-site system software configuration
- Perform local and on-site trainings with customers
- Identify and report issues and eventual improvements
- Provide remote support to customer for installed systems
- Follow up on customer technical feedback
- Perform on-site activities and generate field reports
- Travel for project milestones and system trainings
