Customer Care Service Support
Your tasks
- Work with System Engineers and vendors to resolve customers' technical problems
- Ensure support cases are tracked and duly closed
- Manage support cases through the use of SAP and support ticketing system
- Work closely with various teams, eg. Sales, Logistics and subsidiaries to manage the handling of repair items
- Analysis of support and repair data
- Sharing of preventive measure with Engineers and Customers to reduce equipment failures
