Other : junior application engineer EMC

Your tasks

• In your role as a junior application engineer EMC, you will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support for R&S T&M solutions with a focus on EMC projects and applications
• You will act as first point of contact to our Benelux customers for technical questions related to our products in combination with the customers applications and use cases
• Delegate questions if needed to responsible departments and monitor progress to make sure our customers get answers to their questions in a timely manner
• You will attend and actively take part in congresses, exhibitions and trainings
• Together with the account responsible sales engineer you will develop solutions to our customers' technical inquiries, present them and thus build a sustainable customer relationship
• By working closely within a globally distributed team of R&S experts, you will promote knowledge sharing and continuously collaborate on product improvements
• Collaboration with the EMC competence center in Hamburg

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in electrical engineering (HBO/WO) with a focus on RF, communications engineering or comparable
• You already have starter experience as an application engineer, system engineer or product manager preferable in semiconductor applications, the test and measurement industry and/or wireless communication
• You have experience with topics such as EMI, EMC, antenna’s and/or OTA
• You have a serious interest in high-frequency measurement technology
• You are characterized by good communication skills, a confident appearance and a strong customer orientation with a hands-on mentality
• You have a general willingness to travel within the Benelux and the EU
• Very good Dutch and English language skills, French is a plus
