With the associated solution training packages and intuitive design of the delivered solution, the personnel should be ready when the system is planned to go live or parallel run. However during the lead up and early days of operating the new system it is possible the customer personal may benefit from having a Pixel Power product specialist available on site who has been involved during the implementation of the solution. During this phase they can be on hand to either assist the operation or engineering personal to share knowledge and assist with handling day to day situations until the customer personal become more comfortable with the system.
