Marketing and Communication : Marketing Intern

Your tasks

• • Assist in managing and organizing roadshows, trainings or workshops events such as liaising with sales on the requirement, preparing brochures and door gifts, invitation to customers, photography and arrangement during the events to ensure smooth and successful events. • Entering leads into database. • Assist in taking care of marketing inventory and prepare stock list including sourcing of promotional gift • Assist in maintaining the event calendar • Prepare and improve housekeeping of brochures • Assist in designing and liaising with designer and printer on marketing materials for events, advertisement, promotions & sales kit that matches our corporate identity • Assist in market research and marketing campaign • Assist in day to day general office administration

Your qualifications

• • Candidate currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration • Mature, organized, ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills • Computer savvy with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Graphic such as Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator • Meticulous and details • Has a sense of artistic/ aesthetic • Ability to multi task and work under pressure • Proficient in written & spoken English • Good Interpersonal, Communication & Leadership skills, good team player.
