Connect the CMDB to new upcoming data sources
Frequently report the data quality of the cmdb
Intense cooperation with the IT Service management and the Configuration Manager
Intense Cooperation with all necessary departments in Div. 12 to align CMDB tasks

Qualifikationen

University degree in IT or equivalent vocational training
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Good understanding of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Good communication skills
Teamplayer
Knowledge of serviceNow is an advantage
Experience upto 5 years
