FSH / FPH Maps can not be imported from download

I followed the instructions in the PDF file for the FSH model but did not succeed at the end. What did I do wrong?

Please definitely write the .prj-file and the zoom type folders into a common folder on your stick as described in this App Note.

I gave it several tries and it did never work when the file and the zoom folders have been directly put into the root of the stick.
