Extending the frequency range to 1.1 THz

The R&S®ZCxxx millimeterwave converters extend the frequency range of the R&S®ZNA, R&S®ZVA or R&S®ZVT up to 1.1 THz and allow measurements in the frequency range from 50 GHz to 1100 GHz (WR15, WR12, WM-2540, WM-2032, WM-1651, WM-1295, WM-1092, WM-864, WM-710, WM-570, WM-380 and WM-250). They feature a wide dynamic range and high output power. Plus, they offer high operating convenience and allow highly stable measurements.
