Your tasks
- Builds critical mass of support and engagement around the adoption and use of Sales tools (e.g. CRM, reporting tools etc.) by collaborating with experts and users in his/her region
- Support users through primarily active methods: presence on internal collaboration platforms, organization of user engagement events, online presence, custom/timely content creation, use case creation, success stories, live presentations and other forms of activities around relevant topics
- Shows potential users and their managers the value of the tool and provides use cases that lead to their expanding adoption
- Participates in identification of “bugs” and collects and prioritizes feature requests and other changes to the relevant tools together with global and regional core teams
- Prepares training material and trains new-hires on both tools and process
- Is the operational interface from Marketing, Service and Master Data teams in Munich headquarters to the experts/key users in the local subsidiaries and to the central and regional IT department
- Manage Data security, determine and provide the appropriate level of access for different users and drive the continuous data quality improvement together with the CRM expert network
