Your tasks

Establish and implement good and efficient logistics and warehouse practice and processes.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of logistics operation meet committed TAT and quality objectives
Liasing closely with freight company to ensure smooth import and export processes
Liaising and monitor warehouse performance
Handling customer enquiries, complaints and requirements
Develop or maintain freight rate database to define the most economical modes of transportation
Handling export control application
Solving customer's shipping issue
Ensure traceability of work to ISO Standards and customs requirement

Your qualifications

Diploma/ITE in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields with min. 3 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge on import and export requirements and regulations
Familiar with SAP
Strong Service Mindset, Culture & Qualities
Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill
Familiar with ISO9001 standard
