Designed for high accuracy and versatile VNA calibration

R&S®ZN-Z2xx calibration kits use precision standards to correct the system errors of vector network analyzers. The upper frequency limits are tailored to support the high-end R&S®ZNA VNA. They include male and female standards and support insertable and non-insertable calibration. Each kit comes with individual S-parameter characterization data (data based). Excellent measurement accuracy is combined with optimized mechanical stability and reproducibility. The kits come with open, short, match in male/female, through standards (m-m, f-f, m-f), a torque wrench, a counter holder and a USB stick.

Mechanical stability

The mechanical design of the R&S®ZN-Z2xx kits is optimized for mechanical stability and reproducibility. Reliable connections and accuracy are maintained even after repeated calibration processes and aging is kept to a minimum.

Data based characterization

Each calibration kit is individually characterized and comes with a customized set of S-parameters for accurate characterization and VNA calibration.

Mechanical layout for convenient handling

The hexagonal shaped body of the calibration standard enables convenient use of the counter holder and torque wrench, improving the reproducibility of well-defined connections.
