Are you the one who ensures that our orders, projects and tenders run optimally and are fulfilled? Do you enjoy maintaining an overview and being the pivot between our sellers, customers and suppliers? Will you work with your team to ensure fast, accurate processing? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks

You check the terms of new orders and projects.
Preparing complete quotations and (partial) invoices.
You are aware of the progress of current orders, projects and tenders and ensure their smooth running.
You participate in procurement projects and provide the necessary input for this.
Together with your own team and international teams you discuss how the order process can be further optimized.

Your qualifications

You are at the beginning of your career or already have some years of work experience in an administrative position.
You have strong communication skills and take the initiative easily.
You know how to keep an overview and set priorities.
You are in possession of an MBO or HBO diploma and corresponding working level.
Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Is this new to you? Then we will teach you.
Passion or affinity with (electro)technical devices is not necessary, but makes the work extra fun.
