Your tasks
- Platform Management:
- Ensure the overall health, stability, and performance of the SharePoint platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve platform-related issues. Service Management:
- Provide expert-level support for SharePoint-related services, including site creation, permissions, and content management.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) for SharePoint services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards. Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and expertise for SharePoint-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features, best practices, and industry trends. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure the security and integrity of the SharePoint platform, including data protection and access controls.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security measures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including training and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.
