A true multiport vector network analyzer

The R&S®ZNBT is a multiport vector network analyzer with up to 24 fully integrated test ports. The instrument can simultaneously test multiple DUTs or measure one DUT with up to 24 ports. The fully integrated test ports make the R&S®ZNBT a true multiport vector network analyzer, which includes a wide dynamic range, high output power levels and fast measurements. Frequency ranges up to 40 GHz are available.

Platform for challenging multiport measurements

The R&S®ZNBT features one reflectometer per test port. The design eliminates the loss typically encountered in switch matrix based multiport systems. As a result, the R&S®ZNBT delivers a wide dynamic range, high output power, low trace noise, and excellent raw directivity and load match.

When speed counts

Short test times and various control interfaces

The instrument’s multiport architecture enables simultaneous measurements on all DUT ports. Data from all ports is captured synchronously and processed in parallel, significantly reducing sweep time compared to switch matrix based multiport systems. Digital interfaces help boost the speed of automatic test cycles to synchronize external components in a test setup. The handler I/O interface can be used to control an external parts handler.
