R&S Frequency multiplier

The R&S family of frequency multipliers combines easy handling and precise output levels in the frequency range from 50 GHz to 170 GHz. Depending on which base unit is selected different options can be installed in the same housing as the frequency multiplier. User-friendly control of the R&S frequency multiplier from an R&S signal generator connected via USB.

R&S®SZM frequency multiplier

  • Frequency range: 50 GHz up to 170 GHz
  • Wide dynamic range when the electronically or mechanically controlled attenuator option is installed
  • Easy handling via USB control of the R&S®SZM with the high-end analog signal generator R&S®SMA100B (the R&S®SMAB-K554 option must be installed for this purpose on the R&S®SMA100B)
  • High signal quality when the high-end analog signal generator R&S®SMA100B is used as signal source
