All wireless devices must be tested for radiated spurious emissions (RSE) to verify compliance with national and international standards such as ITU, ETSI and FCC. The configuration required is similar to an EMI measurement setup, with the additional challenging task of measuring the low level spurious emissions in presence of the carrier frequency of a wireless device.
