Crossed log-periodic antenna for linear or circular polarization

The R&S®HL024S2 crossed log-periodic antenna can be used for waves with horizontal, vertical, left-hand or right-hand circular polarization. The antenna consists of the R&S®HL024A1 antenna and a polarization switching network. Polarization can be selected by remote control using the R&S®GB016. The R&S®HL024S2 serves as an independent antenna and as a feed for the R&S®AC008 microwave directional antenna.

Features & benefits

Wide frequency range

Saves money and maintains performance

The R&S®HL024S2 covers the extremely wide frequency range from 1 GHz to 18 GHz, saving cost and space for mounting a multiple antenna system.

Selectable polarization

For detecting signals with linear or circular polarization

The integrated polarization switching network allows the R&S®HL024S2 to switch between horizontal, vertical, left-hand or right-hand circular polarization, enabling one antenna to detect signals with different polarization.

Feed antenna or independent antenna

Saves money and allows different uses

The R&S®HL024S2 can be used as a feed for the R&S®AC008 microwave directional antenna or as an independent antenna, enabling various applications with a single antenna.
