  • High sensitivity (low inherent noise)
  • High linearity and spurious-free dynamic range
  • Compact dimensions
  • Rugged and weatherproof design

Compact monitoring antenna for stationary and mobile use

The R&S®HE309E active vertical dipole receives vertically polarized signals in the 20 MHz to 1.3 GHz frequency range. The lightweight and compact antenna comes in a weatherproof and rugged fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GRP) radome to fully protect the receiving dipole against weathering. Thanks to its small dimensions, the antenna is ideal for use in mobile systems and for optimum reception even in limited spaces. A large bandwidth, wide dynamic range and excellent field strength sensitivity make the R&S®HE309E suitable for all communications, radiomonitoring and radiolocation receiving tasks.

Features & benefits

Extremely wide frequency range

Saves money and maintains performance

The R&S®HE309E covers the frequency range from 20 MHz to 1.3 GHz, saving money and space by eliminating the need for mounting multiple antennas. Thanks to its extremely wide frequency range, the antenna can be used for all communications, radiomonitoring and radiolocation receiving tasks.

High sensitivity (low inherent noise)

For very good reception results

The sophisticated design of the R&S®HE309E ensures high sensitivity and low inherent noise. This makes the antenna particularly suitable for communications, radiomonitoring and radiolocation receiving tasks.

Compact dimensions

For installation in tight spaces

Thanks to its compact dimensions of approx. 1210 mm rod length, the R&S®HE309E provides optimum reception results in stationary and mobile systems even in limited spaces.

High linearity

To increase the distortion-free dynamic range

The sophisticated antenna design ensures high linearity and a spurious-free dynamic range. This reduces the influence of strong transmitters in the vicinity of the antenna.
