Detect it early

Detect it early : EMI troubleshooting techniques and corrective action

About the Seminar

What we normally know of Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC) testing is at the compliance test lab. However, EMI consideration should start at the very beginning. There is even a saying of “Designing with EMC in mind” and it will save product development time, money and effort. This means that at the conceptualization stage of a product idea, EMC consideration should already be taken into account. After completing the electrical design of the product, at breadboard level, we should start actual testing with basic test & measurement equipment on the EMC response of the design, rather than just functional output.

This is where this seminar will be about. While testing the functionality of the products, we are also able look at the EMC response and some of the potential areas of trouble. With our partner, Wurth Electronic, the seminar will not just show you how to detect the issue but also know what can be added in the circuit to reduce or eliminate the problem.
