Responsible for:
1) Maintaining Quality Management System / Environmental Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001
2) System, Process and Product audits and conduct annual management review meeting
3) Handling and resolving customer quality issues
4) Process management and drive continuous improvement for process and product
Your tasks
- Quality Management System - Responsible for maintaining of Integrated Management System (Quality Management System / Environmental Management System) and Business Continuity Plan to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001. - Plan and lead internal quality audits on system and process. - Liaise with certification or regulatory bodies on external audits and follow-up on non-conformance audit findings. - Prepare and conduct annual Quality/Environmental management review meeting. - Monitor Quality and Environmental Objectives and publish monthly report.
- Complaint Management - Responsible for handling and resolving customer quality issues. - Drive customer complaint investigation with all stakeholders on root cause analysis and CAPA. Document and maintain 8D in the complaint handling system. - Establish complaint process performance indicators and ensure KPIs are met.
- Process Management - Moderate and support the creation of guidelines by each department. - Lead in the creation of guidelines for the Integrated Management System. - Work with cross functional teams and drive continuous improvement to ensure the effectiveness of QMS implementation and consistency with product and process requirements. Lead the training on procedures and practices to QMS requirements.
