Your tasks
- Developing and executing strategic sales plan and monitoring and ensuring sales performance to achieve targets.
- Lead and manage the sales division to drive business growth through sales excellence processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and service solutions to customize solutions for customers and win business from competitors.
- Develop sales pipeline, Identify, reach out to, and engage prospects and customers.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the sales division, focusing on short and long-term objectives
- Proactively engage with customers to identify pain points and tailor solutions for business success and customer satisfaction
- Continuously explore new customers and sales opportunities to expand our business platform
- Manage and develop assigned accounts and activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within related industries
- Liaise with other sales team members for cross collaborative sales teamwork
- Liaise and coordinate with pre-sales, solution sales, solutions team, product team, delivery team, sales management team, and other relevant teams to obtain the relevant support that can help the sales process.
