Compliance describes the legal requirements and principles of corporate policy as well as the processes involved in ensuring that customers, business partners, Rohde & Schwarz companies, managers and all employees of the Rohde & Schwarz group of companies work together on the basis of fairness, solidarity and mutual trust.

In addition, it is incumbent upon all company employees and managers at every organizational level to ensure that compliance regulations are met within their areas of responsibility.
Measures to secure compliance in the company are integrated appropriately into the relevant business processes of Rohde & Schwarz on the basis of risk. Our internal compliance organization advises and supports the Executive Board and ensures that compliance-related proceedings are reviewed and that reports on aspects of compliance are filed continuously with company headquarters.

Rohde & Schwarz is committed to acting ethically in its business activities and complying with all applicable legal and internal requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements can have serious consequences for companies, employees, business partners and other stakeholders.
Reliable reports help us to identify possible misconduct at an early stage and eliminate it permanently. This approach reinforces our integrity and reduces risks and potential damage for our company, our employees and our business partners. We offer several contact channels for confidential reporting of possible misconduct. Reports can be submitted anonymously if desired.
An important pillar of our whistleblower system is the principle of a fair process. This ensures maximum protection for persons submitting reports, reported persons and employees involved in investigating the reported misconduct. One aspect of this protection is that we offer anonymous reporting and communication.
Discrimination against persons submitting reports or any persons involved in investigating reports will not be tolerated. Reported persons are always presumed innocent until misconduct is proven.
Keep in mind that suspicions and allegations against people can have serious consequences for them, so use the whistleblower system responsibly.
