Order Processing : Sales Assistance

Your tasks

• Together with our sales team you will support our customers and thus actively contribute to the success of our customers and us as a company
• Preparation of quotations and order calculations in our CRM tool according to the specifications of the sales engineers as well as the support with tenders and bidding documentation
• Support in the creation of statistics, reports, presentation and training documents
• Management of orders from entry to invoicing within our systems which includes tasks such as clarification of all incoming orders; check of all technical and commercial circumstances based on specifications; entry of orders into SAP SD (Sales and Distribution module); invoice processing; procurement and purchase coordination
• Coordination of deliveries within the system including clarification of transportation handling, as well as preparation of necessary documents
• General assistance tasks for the sales department such as correspondence with business partners; appointment management and coordination for the sales engineers; organization of customer and guest visits as well as trade fairs and events
• You will take over all general office related responsibilities (e.g. management of procurement of general items and services, facility management of the office, …)
• Close collaboration with our local sales team as well as with regional colleagues in departments such as logistics, project management, marketing and accounting

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial / business education (e.g. commercial academy or similar)
• Several years of experience in sales assistance, order processing (technical products, projects) and office management
• Very good knowledge in all common MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools (e.g. SAP SD, MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce etc)
• Fluent in Slovenian, English and Serbo-Croatian language
• High customer and service oriented approach and very good communication skills
• You master your tasks with commitment, a structured approach, collaborative initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, flexible personality with a keen sense of numbers, organizational talent with high focus on solution orientation
