The cloud-based solutions we develop requires top skills in the DevOps area therefore we’ve built an amazing team that needs a leader to manage and shape engineers developing the ATC platform architecture and infrastructure. This role is crucial as al our products depend on this infrastructure.
You will lead a team of highly skilled, passionate DevOps engineers building cloud-native infrastructure to smoothly run our systems and automate all aspects of our engineering platform. You should be driven by technology and enjoy automation, while being passionate about customer satisfaction.
You will drive continuous process improvement and increase the efficiency and quality of our CI/CD framework. You will identify and implement creative ways to monitor and reduce Software Quality Assurance cycle times and accelerate adoption of Continuous Integration best practices.
Your team works closely with Research & Development, Testing, Quality Assurance and Production Department providing support for development and deployment tools, virtual environment, VCS system setup, configuration, monitoring, load testing etc.
Your tasks
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and instruction to the DevOps team. Establish values such as collaboration, communication, service consciousness, motivation, etc.
- Define, implement, and manage our DevOps strategy, goals, and roadmap working in cloud environments.
- In this role you will be responsible of performance management, hiring, firing, people development and overall team happiness.
- Improve DevOps processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or optimization, and implement the solutions
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize internal infrastructure to map customer needs and offer a seamless production administration platform.
- Help the support organization by Establishing monitoring systems to proactively identify and address issues in production environments
- Ensure and develop collaboration with other teams inside R&D division to ensure DevOps best practices adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in Product Design discussions, influence the roadmap, positively impact the automated testing team by providing all the necessary means to run the test suites as smooth as possible.
- Monitor system and identify patterns that affect the performance, reliability, or availability of a product or service and drive them out of the system through automation or other technical innovation;
- Implement automation of recurrent tasks through scripting
- Continuously develop and monitor CI/CD infrastructure (builders, deploy, test, analysis)
- Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures
