Aufgaben

• Management and configuration: you will manage and configure the Solarwinds infrastructure and ensure smooth monitoring of the included entities such as hardware, software, operating systems and applications and ensure that the documentation is always up to date. • IT monitoring: You ensure effective and reliable IT monitoring to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. • Technology evaluation: You evaluate and implement new technologies to continuously improve our monitoring services. • Automation: You will support the automation of tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Bash). • Customer consulting: If required, you will advise our internal customers on specific monitoring requirements and develop customised solutions. • Technology introduction: You will be involved in the introduction of new technologies and solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive knowledge of Solarwinds Platform (Orion): You have in-depth understanding and experience in managing and optimising Solarwinds infrastructure. • Knowledge of SNMP and WMI/WinRM: You are adept at using SNMP and WMI/WinRM for monitoring and have experience with monitoring IT applications in general. • Experience in Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise/CentOS Server: You are experienced in the administration of these systems. • Confident with GitOps and scripting: You are proficient in PowerShell/Windows CMD and have experience with GitOps. • Experience with ITIL and ITSM tools: You are familiar with ITIL processes and have experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira. • SCRUM/Agile methods: You have already worked in agile teams and understand the principles of SCRUM.
