The R&S®MIPI D-PHY compliance test options offer automated test solutions in line with MIPI and UNH-IOL test specifications V 1.1/1.2 and V 2.1/2.5. The test wizard guides the user via illustrated step-by-step instructions. The configurable test report documents the results including numerical result data or oscilloscope screenshots.
The complete test solution covers all relevant test cases of the MIPI and UNH-IOL test specifications for MIPI-D-PHY. A test fixture is available for signal access via a differential probe for accurate signals.
The MIPI D-PHY compliance test is a fully guided test. Detailed, image-based instructions make it easy to correctly connect the oscilloscope and the probes to the test fixture and the device under test. This increases the ease-of-use and reduces potential setup errors.
The test results are fully documented in a report created by the R&S®ScopeSuite. The test report can include numerical result data or oscilloscope screen shots, depending on user preferences. The reports are available in PDF, DOC and HTML.
