Rohde & Schwarz Italia, con sede in Via Tiburtina, Roma, cerca un Ingegnere o Tecnico con formazione nell’ambito delle telecomunicazioni ed esperienza in attività di supporto técnico pre e post vendita di sistema di radiocomunicazione, comprese le attività di installazione, manutenzione, configurazione onsite. L'appartenenza del candidato/a alle categorie protette Art. 1 L. 68/1999 è requisito fondamentale per la posizione.

Your tasks

Execution of construction, installation, maintenance, configuration and technical support activities in relation to Customer technical incidents, service requests, suggestions, complaints, inquiries.
Inspection, firmware updates and repair of Rohde & Schwarz RF devices.
Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
Remote technical support as per Customer demand.
Customer acceptance tests of systems for R&S project business, including commissioning, also at customer’s site.
Preparation of technical documentation for Customer’s quotations, reports ad protocols. Technical documentation such as Technical Manual, ILS, SAFETY, Installation and cabling documents.

Your qualifications

Protected Categories Certificate (as per Art. 1 of Italian Law 68/1999) REQUIRED.
Fluent Italian Language
Engineering education in Telecommunications or similar.
Basic IP and networking principles.
Medium-high knowledge in wireless radiocommunication devices (V/UHF-HF).
High skilled in field operations and services.
High flexibility as well as ability to work independently
Solution-oriented and problem-solving attitude
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Good written and spoken English skills.
High availability to travel.
Strong interest in learning about new technologies and devices in line with new company developments and requirements in the area.
