Active receiving antenna system for sensitive spectrum monitoring

The R&S®AU600 active omnidirectional receiving antenna system is optimized for receiving linearly polarized signals in the frequency range from 20 MHz to 8 GHz. The wide frequency range and simultaneous omnidirectional reception of signals with vertical and horizontal polarization make the antenna system suitable for radiomonitoring and radiolocation in stationary and semi-mobile installations. The antenna system is designed for extreme environmental conditions. The compact size allows installation in small spaces. Built-in switchable low-noise amplifiers (LNA) and bandstop filters ensure maximum sensitivity and allow installation close to transmitting antennas.

The R&S®AU600 covers the extremely wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 8 GHz, saving money and space by eliminating the need for mounting multiple antennas. The extremely wide frequency range supports radiomonitoring and radiolocation.

For simultaneous signal monitoring with horizontal and vertical polarization

Ruggedized design

For extreme environmental conditions

The antenna system is designed for extreme environmental conditions. The operating temperature range is –40 °C to +65 °C. The max. wind speed without ice deposit is 275 km/h and 200 km/h with a 30 mm ice deposit.

High sensitivity

Switchable low-noise amplifiers (LNA) and bandstop filters

Built-in switchable low-noise amplifiers (LNA) and bandstop filters on the integrated switchboard ensure maximum sensitivity and allow installation even at locations close to transmitting antennas.
